ABOUT me

Mission

My mission is to elevate the well-being, health and performance of your animal through PEMF technology.

Background

My name is Lauren McAlister and I started Elevate PEMF in 2024. For my entire life, I have been obsessed with horses, animals and sports. I began my competitive horseback riding career when I was just five years old, and have been non-stop since. I focused on three-day eventing until 2020, when I started competing in reined cowhorse on my horse Slick.

Alongside my passion for horses is my passion for health and athletics. While in college at the University of Southern California, I realized I wanted to build a career helping others in the world of health and fitness. In order to do so, I studied Human Performance in USC’s Human Biology department and operated my own personal training business for six years after graduating in 2015.

Today, I am extremely grateful to combine my passion for health and biology with my love for horses, livestock and the sports we pursue with these animals through Elevate PEMF. With my love for three-day eventing and competing in cowhorse comes a deep appreciation for animals and all that they give to us. Whether it’s the partnership developed through competition, or the unconditional bonds we build, our animals give us so much and I believe it’s our duty to give back to them as well. I am happy to be able to do so through PEMF sessions.

Education

My education at USC and career in fitness built a strong scientific foundation in human physiology, kinesiology, anatomy, and biomechanics. I have directed this same intrigue in human biology towards animal physiology and biomechanics not only through the course of my riding career, but most intensely as I’ve shifted my career to equine and livestock wellness.

My studies of biology and PEMF have earned me the titles of:

I love to learn and would consider self study an everyday habit. Gaining a better understanding of varied topics only helps me become a better practitioner.
